RED Psychology is led by Richard, a highly experienced educator with over 20 years of academic study in Psychology. Holding a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology (Distinction), Richard brings both depth of knowledge and a passion for teaching to every session and video.

With over 15 years of teaching experience at GCSE and A Level, Richard has consistently delivered exceptional results. He is a qualified ‘Outstanding’ teacher and has held senior leadership roles for more than 12 years in top-tier independent schools, including Head of Department and Deputy Head Academic.

Richard is also a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited psychologist and an experienced examiner. He is the creator of one of the longest-running YouTube channels dedicated to GCSE and A Level Psychology, offering valuable resources to students across the UK and beyond.
